IEC (Import Export Code) Registration/Certificate

About the Certificate:

An IEC is issued to the person who is engaged in import and export business. It is governed by DGFT and it’s a 10-digit code.

Applicability of Certificate:

This certificate is issued to the person who is doing the business of import and export.

Documents requirement: *

  • Copy of PAN card of the entity or Individual.
  • Passport size photograph.
  • Certificate/Confirmation from the Banker.
  • Certificate of Incorporation/ Partnership Deed/ LLP agreement (as the case may be).
  • Copy of Aadhaar card/ Voter ID card
  • Board resolution/ Special resolution in the case of Company.
  • Authority letter from directors/ partners (as the case may be).
